Easy chair, designed by Pierre Jeanneret, circa 1960. The legs cross to form an X on each side, rising into the frame that holds the seat. Bolster-shaped arms flank the upholstered seat and backrest. This X-leg type is one of three recurring Chandigarh sofa chair constructions, alongside the A-leg PJ-SI-32-A and bridge-leg PJ-SI-42-A types.
