Basilea chair, designed by Werner Abt in 2011 for the 150th anniversary of the Stadtgärtnerei Basel, produced by Atelier Alinea. A single, continuous band of hot-dip galvanised steel tube carries two perforated sheet surfaces. It serves both as a chair with a backrest and as a stool with its own table. It stands on runners, so it does not sink into the lawn.
