Committee chair with a low backrest, designed by Pierre Jeanneret, ca. 1953. The upholstered backrest and seat form a strong L shape, hanging on A-shaped legs, with a prominent tube-like armrest. This reduction to a few clear geometric elements defines the chair's character.
