Three-legged stool, known as "Sandoz," designed by Charlotte Perriand, 1967, for the Sandoz Pharmaceutical Laboratories building in Rueil-Malmaison. This light fir version was used at the Les Arcs project in Savoie, France, in 1968. Its rural, modest character suited to the setting. The seat is beveled at the edges, with a slight hollow at the centre. The three legs, triangular in section, taper into blade-like forms.
